Our coffee beans are leaving freshly roasted just for you. To make that happen and still give the roasted beans a time to rest (which is desirable to achieve the perfect taste and is referred to as "outgasing"), we will ship your purchase as soon as the beans have achieved that perfect aroma to assure that you will receive your coffee at its very best and ready to be enjoyed.
